Land Tourist Attractions Mansions Rahr West Art Museum Morning to Evening Free Not Rated Not Rated The Vicotian Mansion was designed by Milwaukee architects George Ferry and Alfred Clas, built between 1891 and 1893 for Joseph & Mary Vilas. Reinhard Rahr purchased the mansion in 1910 and his widow donated it to the City of Manitowoc in 1941.
