Tourist Attraction Description:	The Vicotian Mansion was designed by Milwaukee architects George Ferry and Alfred Clas, built between 1891 and 1893 for Joseph & Mary Vilas. Reinhard Rahr purchased the mansion in 1910 and his widow donated it to the City of Manitowoc in 1941.
