		Winemaker Chris Pearmund was very generous in answering all my questions about winemaking, not only at Pearmund Cellars, but elsewhere in Virginia. He also let me do some barrel tasting and told me about opportunities like their Blending classes and Crush Monkey Fridays where I could learn hands-on.
