1 Star Rated 1 Star Rated Last year we spent a few days at Big Creek Lodge an we got really more than we paid for...Thanks to the owner for all his wisdom! we learnt so much about Indians('Do you know why you call Indians nomadic people as well? Because they leave all the places where they have shit')....Really..we enjoyed this vacation. I think it is just sad that these people own such a wonderful place (great nature, nice log cabins and good horses). Although we did almost never trot or galopp (because of the difficult terrain and different riding skills within the group) the trails were just wunderfull. Nevertheless this stay was the worst experience during our tour. We didn't feel like guests and were even snubbed although we didn't anything wrong(we wanted to visit a rodeo and were right on time but nevertheless our host said in a really unfriendly way: 'we are not the BUNDESBAHN...we leave when we are ready to go!'). Moreover I think they don't know what a respectable behaviour is because they slagged another guest in the presence of other guests! All in all you can spent a nice time there but only if you are capable of ignoring the owners inappropriate behaviour. I think it is just horrible that people who came to Canada ( and as German people should have learnt that tolerance is the most important thing) have such an intolerant attitude concerning Indians (they drink all the time, unfriendly, lazy). ....Their log cabins were built up with the help of Indian workers.........
