		lovely setting - great to go back to the converted barn at the end of a fabulous days cycling - chill with the others, drink some wine and then savour each dish served up for the splendid dinner.
		Truly outstanding holiday - well organised, flexible cycling tours and exceptional cuisine. Above all, however, was the warmth of the welcome which ensured everyone had a great time.
